WBJEE MBBS/BDS 2016 Admit Card is available to download on official website. WBJEE MBBS/BDS 2016 Admit Card is released by WBJEE(West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board). The syllabus will remain same as it was declared earlier in the Information Brochure.

The board had earlier cancelled the exam for admission in MBBS and BDS courses after the Supreme Court rejected a plea of state governments and other institutions to allow them to hold separate entrance exams.
Later, an ordinance passed by the Union Cabinet that allow state government to conduct separate entrance exam for this year.
Schedule of WBJEE MBBS/BDS 2016 :
Date Of Examination – 20th July, 2016
Biological Sciences 10-30 a.m. to 1-00 p.m.
Physics + Chemistry 2-00 p.m. to 4-00 p.m.
Question Pattern WBJEE MBBS/BDS 2016 :
In every subject, all questions will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type, with four options against each of the questions.
Questions will be of three categories as per following table
The question booklet will have 195 multiple choice questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects. There will be 115 questions in Biology and 40 questions in each of Physics and Chemistry subjects.

Scoring Pattern WBJEE MBBS/BDS 2016:
- Question Category 1:
1)Only one option is correct.
2)Correct option will yield 1 (one) mark
3)Incorrect option will yield -¼ (negative ¼) marks.
4)For any combination of more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will yield -¼ (negative ¼) marks. - Question Category 2:
1)Only one option is correct.
2)Correct option will yield 2 (two) mark.
3)Incorrect option will yield -½ (negative ½) marks.
4)For any combination of more than one option, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and will yield -½ (negative ½) marks. - Question Category 3:
1)One or more options are correct.
2)Marking all correct options only will yield 2 (two) marks.
3)For any combination of answers containing one or more incorrect options, the said answer will be treated as incorrect and it will yield zero (0) mark.
4)For partially correct answers, i.e. when all correct options are not marked and also no incorrect options is marked, marks awarded = 2 X (no of correct options marked) / (total no of actually correct options)
