Supreme Court Hearing Updates on alleged NEET Phase2 paper leak

Petition filed in Supreme Court demanding NEET Phase2 re-test.The petition was filed in the Supreme Court on 3rd of August over an alleged NEET Phase2 paper leak demading re-exam.

CBSE had already denied any paper leak by releasing an official notification. CBSE said that they had already matched the seized paper with original NEET Phase2 question paper and they found it entirely different.

The petition, filed in Supreme Court said that primary investigations carried out by the Uttarakhand police points out that five persons (one from Delhi and four from Bihar) belonging to an inter-state racket were arrested on July 23, a day before the entrance exam.

Breaking News – SC refuses to interfere in the NEET Phase2 question paper leak matter.

1) CBSE denies NEET Phase2 question paper leak. Paper found by police did not matched with original paper. Sanjay Hegde Sr Adv submitted that question papers were leaked in Haldwani in Uttarakhand, which was found by police during raid.

2)Supreme Court says that, we cant not monitor all these things. Investigation is already going on by Uttrakhand Police. We don’t want to monitor police investigation.
