BFUHS has released application form of Punjab MBBS BDS NEET 2017 Admission (Govt & Private College) on June 26, 2017. The Application form is available on the official website in online mode. Candidates only who have qualified NEET are eligible to fill the application form of Punjab medical admissions 2017. Last date to fill application from 11th July 2017.

As per BFUHS prospectus, around 7 medical colleges with 975 MBBS seats and 13 dental colleges with 1030 BDS seats are offering admissions through Punjab Medical Admissions 2017. In government college, 15% seats are reserved for All India quota while 85% seats are reserved for State Quota seats
There are three government medical colleges in Punjab and rest medical colleges runs by Trusts. The government medical colleges are situated in Patiala, Amritsar and Faridkot.

Instructions for Punjab MBBS BDS NEET Application Form 2017
Candidates need to go through prospectus provided by BFUHS before proceeding to fill up the Punjab MBBS/BDS Application form 2017. Check below how to apply for Punjab Medical admissions 2017
- Candidates will have to log on University website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in. and read the Punjab Govt. notification and instructions as contained in the Prospectus carefully.
- NEET-UG-2017 qualified candidates are eligible to apply ONLINE for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.
- Candidates are required to register themselves for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses through online registration system at BFUHS website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in. Online registration must be completed by due date and time.
- Candidates are advised to fill the online admission application form well in advance to avoid the network congestion in the last days. BFUHS will not be responsible for network congestion/problems. No request for accepting the forms after the cutoff date will be entertained.
- Following documents are required to upload on the online registration form:
- Soft copy of Photograph of the candidate. (Maximum size 30 KB)
- Soft copy of the signatures of the candidate. (Maximum Size 30 KB)
- Specifications for Photograph:–
- A colour photograph of minimum 35×45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face &head of the candidate.
- A caption indicating the name of candidate and date of taking photograph should be there at the bottom of the photo.
- The photograph should be taken in a white /very light coloured background.
- The photograph should not have cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed if being used regularly. POLAROID and COMPUTER generated photos are not acceptable.
- The photograph needs to display full front view of the face. Please look directly into the camera with a neutral expression.
- Please avoid photograph with reflection or shadow on the face with red eyes.
- VII. The photograph needs to be printed on a high-quality paper with at least 600 dpi resolutions.
- VIII. The colours must possess the natural appearance and skin tone.
- The photograph must not have kinks, scratches and stains.
Note: Applications not complying with these instructions or with unclear photographs are liable to be rejected.
7 After completion of filling the online admission application form, University will issue a unique Registration ID (i.e. Login ID) and password will be provided to the candidate at his/her registered Mobile number in admission application form through SMS/ email. Registration Number and password are mandatory for further process, so keep it secret and don’t disclose to any unknown person.
8 Merely submitting of online application form & fee does not confer any automatic rights to secure an MBBS/BDS seat.
9 Please visit BFUHS, Faridkot website www.bfuhs.ac.in for all regular and updated information concerning admissions/Date of counselling from time to time.
10 No request for submitting an online application after due date/time will be entertained on any ground.
11 The candidate shall fill online ADMISSION APPLICATION FORM only once. Applications submitted more than once are liable to be rejected.
12 Candidates are required to fill online admission application form very carefully and should not leave any column blank, fill ‘0’ (zero) in a case of Roll Number/Rank/Marks are not available.
13 After filling of successful online admission application form, a bank challan form will be generated and candidates will have to get a print out of bank challan form on which a unique ID number of candidate will be printed.
14 Depositing Fee: – Candidates will have to deposit the fee in the University account (printed on the bank challan) through any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce or SBI Bank which will be generated on the successful filling of online admission application form available at University website i.e. www.bfuhs.ac.in.
15 Take a printout of the online filled admission application form.
