The Uttar Pradesh Combined Pre Medical Test commonly known as UPCPMT 2016 is for admission to various medical programmes such as MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS and BUMS offered by government approved Medical, Dental, Homoeopathic, Ayurvedic and Unani institutes of Uttar Pradesh.

Exam Pattern –
1)Total 200 MCQs (Physics 50, Chemistry 50, Botany 50, Zoology 50)
2)Time duration- 3 hours.
3)Each question carries +1 mark for correct answers.
4)There is no negative marking in UPCPMT 2016.
5) Language : UPCPMT Question Paper will available in both Hindi and English language
Eligibility –
1) Domicile : Candidate must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
2)Age: Candidates should have born on or before December 31, 1999.
3) Academic Qualification
a)Candidates appearing for class 12th in 2016 can also apply.
b)Candidates must have passed Class 12 examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
c)Candidate should have passed qualifying exams and should have obtained a minimum aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology(40% for SC/ST/OBC)

Agra, Aligarh, Allahabad, Bareilly,Faizabad, Gazaiabad, Gorakhpur, Jhansi, Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Moradabad, Noida, Saharanpur and Varanasi.
Instruction for photograph/signature and Thumb Impressions –
1) Recent colour passport size photograph with light background
2) Photograph must be taken on or after 1st March 2016
3) Photographs must be taken with Placard indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph.
4)Size of photograph 3.5 cm width and 4.5cm height. (Must be in .jpg format)
5) Signature on white paper with blue ball point pen.(Must be in .jpg format)
6) Right hand thumb impression on white paper. (Must be in .jpg format)
Note- Candidates have to upload photograph, signature and right hand thumb impression only in .jpg format.
